The Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA) has repaired 30,079 leaks across the country in the past year, Public Utilities Minister Barry Padarath has said.
In a Facebook post yesterday, Padarath said the work was completed by WASA’s frontline teams and was part of the ministry’s efforts to improve water service delivery and strengthen infrastructure nationwide.
He said the 30,079 pipeline leaks were repaired across Trinidad and Tobago between April 2025-2026.
