A St Catherine man who was allegedly held with an imitation firearm at his home was on Tuesday granted $600,000 bail with surety in the parish court.
Jevaughn Uhuru is charged with possession of a prohibited weapon.
In applying for bail, his attorney Davion Vassell argued that his client has a steady place of abode, that the weapon allegedly seized is not one that can fire, and that he will fully cooperate and abide by any conditions of his recognisance.
