A man identified as Johann Harry, also known as 'Jesus', from Casselton Avenue, Trincity, has been detained under a Preventive Detention Order for allegedly disseminating hate speech against Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar, Indo-Trinidadians and Hindus, among others, on social media.
The content is being considered as prejudicial to public safety.
According to the detention order published late yesterday, Harry's social media content was directed at Indo-Trinidadians, persons of East Indian descent, Hindus, supporters of the Government, public officials, and the Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago.
