ApĀpelĀlate Judges Nolan Bereaux, James Aboud, and GeĀofĀfrey HenĀderĀson disĀmissed NelĀson's apĀpeal this mornĀing, citĀing his deĀlay in filĀing it afĀter pleadĀing guilty to a string of corĀrupĀtion ofĀfences and beĀing senĀtenced in 2019.
The three-memĀber panĀel reĀviewed NelĀson's case afĀter ApĀpelĀlate Judge Mark MoĀhammed had iniĀtialĀly reĀjectĀed the apĀpeal last year.
