BULLYING and sexual harassment are widespread issues affecting On the Job Training (OJT) employees in the workplace, to the extent that a psychologist had to be brought in to address the challenges faced by workers.
According to OJT director Joann David, since the tenure of the psychologist over a three-year period there were about 50 cases reported that she was aware of.
David made the disclosure yesterday at The Committee on Social Services and Public Administration seventh meeting on youth unemployment and underemployment.
