POLICE were unable to arrive at a motive for yesterday morning’s murder of maxi-taxi driver Ronald Ramgoolie, who was shot and killed outside his Brazil home.
Police said that around 6.30 a.m. Ramgoolie had walked out of his home at Savannah Drive, Brazil village, and while checking on his 24-seater maxi-taxi known as “General”, he was ambushed and shot multiple times. The killer then fled.
Relatives and neighbours who heard the gunshots came out and found Ramgoolie dead on the roadway near his maxi-taxi.
