Cop critical after early morning shooting in Arouca

A police officer is in critical condition after being shot multiple times in Arouca early Wednesday morning.
The victim has been identified as PC Amon Andrews, 51, attached to the Arouca Police Station.
According to reports, around 2.45 a.m. Andrews was found slumped on the roadway along Constantine Street, off Skinner Street, in close proximity to the Priority Bus Route.
