The Barbadian swimming quartet of Amani Miller, Heidi Stoute, Danielle Treasure and Jake Chee-A-Tow, set a new national record in the 4x100m mixed freestyle relay, as the Central American and Caribbean (CAC) Games continued in the Dominican Republic on Friday.
Competing in heat one, the Barbadians finished third after stopping the clock in a time of 3:44.42, which obliterated the old record of 3:38.16, which was set in August 2025.
In hockey, the men’s team was defeated 3-0 by Mexico in Group A action.
