Fishermen and members of the public using the Otaheite Fishing Facility can expect improvement works on the compound from as early as next week.
This as Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries Ravi Ratiram toured the facility on Saturday, describing it as deplorable, amid complaints from fishermen over its state.
With fishermen facing issues including no electricity at the Otaheite Fishing Facility, Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries Ravi Ratiram says he will put together a team from his ministry to address the problems as soon as next week.
