The Ministry of Works and Infrastructure has assured the population that infrastructure such as pavements is being prioritised for repair, as funding becomes available.

Responding to questions from the Sunday Express earlier this month, Works Minister Jearlean John no­ted that the Ministry’s Highways Division is responsible for the maintenance of the road network, including pavements, sidewalks, and rela­ted pedestrian infrastructure.
