KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Jamaica Gasolene Retailers Association (JGRA) has condemned the recent robberies and violent attacks targeting service stations across the island, describing the incidents as deeply concerning and calling for strengthened security measures to protect employees and customers.
The statement comes after a pump attendant was shot while on duty at a service station on Wednesday. Two of the three men believed to have been involved in the incident have since been fatally shot during a police-led operation.
