Barataria po­lice are search­ing for two men who al­leged­ly raped an 18-year-old Venezue­lan woman in the yard of an aban­doned house on Tues­day night.

The teenag­er, who lives in San Juan, had re­port­ed­ly gone out with a friend to drop off rub­ber bands for den­tal braces. She left her apart­ment around 10.30 pm.

As she walked east along the road­way, she no­ticed two men fol­low­ing her. When she reached El So­cor­ro Road near a mosque, the sus­pects—one armed with a knife—ap­proached her and an­nounced a rob­bery.
