Young peoÂple are welÂcomÂing the move by Prime MinÂisÂter KamÂla PerÂsad-BissesÂsar to inÂcrease the leÂgal age limÂit for alÂcoÂhol conÂsumpÂtion from 18 to 21 and for gamÂbling and usÂing marÂiÂjuaÂna to age 25.
