Acting Commissioner of Police Junior Benjamin has written to social and political activist Pearce Robinson to say the police service is investigating allegations made by former prime minister Dr Keith Rowley which were brought to their attention by Robinson.
In a letter to Robinson on May 9 titled RE: Request for Immediate Police Investigation into Allegations made by former Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley, Benjamin said, “I refer to your letter dated May 9, 2025, on the subject matter and acknowledge receipt.
“Please be informed that the matter is actively engaging the police attention at this time. If further information is required, you will be contacted.”
