Forklift operator Devon âRat Poisonâ McPherson, who is charged with the murder of another man in Central Village, St Catherine, has been remanded and his case has been transferred to the Gun Court.
McPherson is charged with murder, conspiracy to murder, possession of a prohibited weapon, unauthorised possession of ammunition and using a firearm to commit a felony.
The deceased is 59-year-old higgler Ivan Smith of Tate Lane in Central Village,
