Finance Minister Davendranath Tancoo yesterday delivered a scathing rebuke of Opposition MP Colm Imbert, accusing him of being “hateful” toward Trinidad and Tobago and attempting to damage the country’s international image.
Tancoo was responding to questions from the Express regarding comments made by Imbert at a People’s National Movement (PNM) news conference.
The minister said Imbert appears anxious to judge the Government by his own low standards.
