Two men have been placed in preventive detention under the Emergency Powers Regulations, 2026, amid intelligence linking them to organised criminal groups and planned attacks.

The first order, signed by Homeland Security Minister Roger Alexander on May 12, names Afiba Guerra, also known as “Press It”, of Siparia and Morvant.
