Motorists travelling north along the Solomon Hochoy Highway near Preysal are calling on the authorities to act swiftly to rectify what they describe as a dangerously raised hump on the roadway.
The hump, created during recent repair work on a crack in the northbound lane near the Couva River Bridge, has sparked outrage, with some drivers reporting damage to their vehicles, including cracked windscreens, blown tyres, bent rims, and potential suspension failure.
Since the repair was completed earlier this week, social media has been flooded with complaints and warnings from affected drivers.
