US-Bound Passengers Required To Complete Health Attestation Form

Caribbean Airlines is advising passengers travelling to the United States of a new mandatory health declaration requirement, effective November third.

All persons boarding international flights to the United States must complete an online attestation form before checking in. The measure, which takes effect at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, is intended to help U.S. authorities manage health risks associated with Ebola.

Passengers can complete and submit the form through Caribbean Airlines’ website. Travellers are encouraged to complete the process in advance to avoid delays at check-in.
