ST JAMES, Jamaica — Yoni Epstein, chief executive officer of itel, one of Jamaica’s leading business process outsourcing (BPO) companies, has been elected president of the Global Services Association of Jamaica (GSAJ).
Epstein was elected during the association’s 13th annual general meeting, held at the Montego Bay Free Zone on Tuesday. He succeeds Wayne Sinclair, who completed a two-year term as president.
The new executive team comprises Gloria Henry as first vice-president, Leezo Wallace as second vice-president, Phil Taylor as third vice-president, Linda Lanford as general secretary, and Wayne Sinclair as treasurer. The directors are Tamara Moulton, Joy Clark, Egbert von Frankenberg, Don Gittens, and Sheree Wallace.
