Accident survivor Yousuf Hosein is once again making an appeal to Government to install protective barriers, after another fatal cross-median crash over the weekend.
Hosein, who survived a similar accident in 2012, is calling on Minister of Works and Infrastructure Jearlean John and Minister of Transport Eli Zakour to continue the installation of guard rails on highways to prevent the loss of lives and limbs on the nation’s highways.
Hosein’s appeal comes after Laventille resident Michael King died on Sunday afternoon, after a pick-up slammed into him while he was driving along the Uriah Butler Highway in Chaguanas.
