Two employees of Carib Brewery in Champs Fleurs have been arrested in connection with a false report of robbery and kidnapping.
A 42-year-old truck driver of Upper Bushe St, Petit Bourg, San Juan, along with a 20-year-old loader of Upper Bushe St, Maitagual, San Juan, left the company’s premises around 8.06 am on November 3, with an assortment of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
The two claimed they were driving south along Ramatally Trace, Charlieville, when a gold Nissan Almera abruptly pulled in front of them, forcing them to come to a stop.
