AMALGAMATED Security Services Ltd has challenged the Estate Management and Business Development Company Ltd’s (EMBD’s) decision to award a contract for security services in its Central Zone to SWAT Security Company Ltd.
The challenge has been filed before the Office of Procurement Regulation (OPR) under the review procedures established by the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Act.
According to an order issued yesterday by an OPR Hearing Panel chaired by Sparkle Kirk Selman with members Raymond Smith and Jason Matthews, the application for review was filed on July 8.
