Police are investigating the disappearance of a 14-year-old girl from Cunupia, raising concerns about potential exploitation and human trafficking.
The teenager was last seen at her home around 8:00. on Saturday. Authorities say she has a history of leaving home without parental consent, and she is believed to be in the custody of a Venezuelan woman living in the area, who is allegedly involved in the trafficking and sexual exploitation of women and female children.
The girl is of mixed descent, medium build, brown complexion, with a short hairstyle, and stands approximately five feet tall. At the time she went missing, she was wearing green and red long pajama pants and a burgundy short-sleeve top.
