An early morning fire in Point Fortin on Monday destroyed a 33-year-old man’s belongings and left him homeless.
The man left his home on “O” Street, Fanny Village, Point Fortin at 10:30am on Sunday and returned at around 1:30am on Monday after being contacted by his neighbour who said that his house was on fire.
The fire completely destroyed the house, with the man’s stove, television, stereo, washing machine, chair set, bed and clothes all destroyed in the flames.
