A Princes Town man is now homeless after a fire destroyed his home on Monday afternoon.
Fidel McLean of Railway Road was not at home when the fire broke out sometime before 4 p.m. Despite his neighbours’ efforts to extinguish the blaze, the house was completely destroyed.
The plywood and galvanise structure, valued at $20,000, had no electricity supply. The cause of the fire remains unknown.
