A 29-year-old Wismar, Linden resident was taken into custody after a quantity of ganja was found at his home during a police operation at Blueberry Hill Back Road, Wismar, Linden, on Thursday evening.
Police stated that the arrest was made during an intelligence-led operation in which detectives went to a premises in the area where the suspect, a gold miner, was contacted.
A subsequent search of the premises unearthed a black plastic bag concealed under a bed in a bedroom, with 58 small transparent plastic bags containing ganja found.
