Husband succumbs to poison after allegedly killing wife

ST JAMES, Jamaica — The man accused of fatally chopping his wife before ingesting a poisonous substance has died.

The deceased has been identified as 67-year-old Jocelin Wellington. His wife, 62-year-old Marcia Wellington, died on Wednesday.

The husband died on Thursday, hours after his wife succumbed to her injuries.
