Four arrested in connection seizure of firearm, ammo in St James

KINGSTON, Jamaica—Four people were arrested in connection with the seizure of an Intratec 9mm Luger submachine gun along with eleven 9mm rounds of ammunition during a targeted police operation at a premises in Rose Heights, Montego Bay, St James, on Sunday, May 17.
Their identities are being withheld pending further investigation.
Reports indicate that about 12:53 pm, a police team armed with a search warrant conducted a search at the premises.
