As we pull up to match 32 of the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) group stage, the horses have bunched up nicely and have jammed themselves into the final turn like an overcrowded maxi taxi during peak-hour Friday traffic.
Outside of the Antigua & Barbuda Falcons and the Guyana Amazon Warriors—who have already parked their cars comfortably in the playoff garage—five teams are currently wrestling in a chaotic, high-stakes pot of CPL callaloo for the remaining two postseason tickets.
