KINGSTON, Jamaica — Trading in Portland JSX Limited’s shares was suspended on Thursday after the company failed to submit its audited financial statements within the Jamaica Stock Exchange’s deadline.
The suspension took effect on July 30 and will remain in place pending submission of the company’s audited accounts for the year ended February 28, 2026.
The financial statements were due on April 29 but became 91 days overdue on July 29, triggering action under the JSE’s Main Market Rule 408 (iii).
