Police have arrested and formally charged Jamar Renaldo Hamilton, 41, of Ixora Crescent, St Thomas, with the offences of criminal damage and throwing stones on a highway.
Hamilton is scheduled to appear in the District ‘A’ Criminal Court on Friday, 10 October 2026.
