Minister in the Ministry of Public Utilities, Clyde Elder, is commending  the board and management of T&TEC for reviving the companyâs African Emancipation celebrations.
Speaking at the event which saw a lecture on African Emancipation, traditional African performances, and an African cuisine competition, he stressed that remembering and preserving African legacy and heritage is crucial.
