Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago (TSTT) has pushed back against allegations raised by former acting chief executive officer Keino Cox, rejecting claims of misconduct and insisting that his temporary appointment carried no entitlement to renewal.
In a detailed response to pre-action letters issued by Coxâs attorneys, the companyâs attorney, Samantha Singh-Poona, expressed disappointment that the correspondence was widely circulated among staff not directly involved in the matter.
It described this as âwholly improperâ.
