NATIONAL Transformation Alliance (NTA) leader Gary Griffith fancies himself as a potential 'kingmaker' in the April 28 general election.

That is if he wins the marginal Aranjuez/St Joseph seat and the election ends in a 20-20 tie between the People's National Movement (PNM) and the United National Congress (UNC).

Battle lines were drawn yesterday as three key candidates, from the NTA, UNC and PNM, filed their nomination papers.
