Who broke Maracas Beach?

This was the question smeared across social media site Facebook over the weekend, as former Minister of Tourism Randall Mitchell and Minister in the Ministry of Housing, Phillip Edward Alexander exchanged words over a viral video that purportedly was filmed on the country’s most popular stretch of sand.

A tense exchange between the two started after Alexander made reference to the violent video depicting a group of men delivering blows to an unidentified man on the beach.
