As­sis­tant Com­mis­sion­er of Po­lice (ACP) Wayne Mys­tar of the T&T Mu­nic­i­pal Po­lice Ser­vice (TTMPS) out­lined his plans yes­ter­day be­fore meet­ing with com­man­ders from the ser­vice’s 14 mu­nic­i­pal sta­tions at the TTMPS Acad­e­my in Mara­bel­la, just days af­ter as­sum­ing lead­er­ship.
