AFTER eight years of negotiations, the Government has given the Public Services Association (PSA) two weeks to respond to its final offer of 40% cash and 60% non-cash on outstanding salary periods dating from 2014 to 2019.
A news release from the Office of the Chief Personnel Officer (CPO), Commander Dr Daryl Dindial, staÂted that he met with PSA president Felisha Thomas and the union executive yesterday at the Office of the Personnel Department to continue discussions on the 2014 to 2016 and 2017 to 2019 periods and the association’s counter-proposal to the Government’s offer.
