A Gasparillo man with a mental disability was gunned down while asleep on Monday night.

Everton Andrews, 42, an out-patient of Ward One of the San Fernando General Hospital, was shot and killed on a mattress in his home on Cartatal Road.

A police report stated that around officers were on patrol when they responded to a report of gunfire at a house around 10.20 p.m.
