Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley has expressed condolences following the passing of Clyde âCannonâ Holder, describing him as a loyal Barbados Labour Party stalwart who served his party, community and country.
Mottley reflected on Holderâs contribution to the BLP, including his decision to contest the St Philip South seat for the party during the 1991 General Election.
