Maraj urges democracy for Venezuela

Freedom and democracy must be returned to Venezuela, Trinidad and Tobago’s Ambassador to Caricom Ralph Maraj said yesterday.
In a statement which took a stance on developments in neighbouring Venezuela, Maraj said “the sovereign will of Venezuelans must be restored”.
“However this unfolding situation off the coast of Venezuela turns out, of one thing there should be no doubt.
