The police have charged a Portmore, St Catherine, man for allegedly making threatening remarks and inciting violence against the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) in a video posted to social media.
Kevaughn Spencer, 30, otherwise called ‘Asus Major’ and ‘Kevydan Blazing’, of Phoenix Vista, has been charged with use of a computer for malicious communication and use of audio or audio-visual communication to promote criminal activity.
The police report that on Friday, September 18, about 6:18 a.m., a video was posted on a social media site allegedly inciting violence against members of the JCF and their families, as well as inciting general disorder and violence towards law enforcement personnel.
