For the newly crowned Miss Den Amstel, Asheanna Clarke, the crown represents far more than beauty, glamour and a night of competition. It represents responsibility, service, heritage and an opportunity to inspire the young people of her community.
Reflecting on her victory, Clarke described the title as one that carries deep personal and community significance.
“This title represents responsibility, service and pride in heritage. It is not only a representation of the discipline that I possess but also of the name, history and spirit of my community,” she said.
