PerĀsad-BissesĀsar proĀvidĀed Guardian MeĀdia with docĀuĀments showĀing that the ārent to ownā agreeĀment enĀtered inĀto beĀtween the HDC and Soleil GonĀsalves hapĀpened two days afĀter the April 28 GenĀerĀal ElecĀtion but beĀfore her GovĀernĀment was sworn inĀto ofĀfice.
