Three telecommunications technicians from across the Caribbean have secured international certification as part of a regional training initiative launched by Liberty Caribbean, the operator of Flow, Liberty Business and BTC.
Amraz Hosein of Trinidad and Tobago and Lamar Uffer of Jamaica earned Broadband Premises Installer certifications, while Antwon Walter of the Cayman Islands completed certification as a Broadband Wireless Specialist through the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE).
The certifications mark the first group to complete training under Liberty Caribbean’s Technician Pathways programme, which was introduced in 2025 to strengthen technical skills and create clearer career tracks for field staff.
