According to police reports, officers of the South Western Division executed the raid around 6:11 a.m. Upon arrival, they found the house unoccupied by its owner. However, during a search of the upper floor, they encountered a teenage boy lying in a hammock.
When questioned, the teen claimed he was the caretaker of ducks on the compound. Officers observed a brown pouch strapped across his shoulder, which allegedly contained a black and silver Sig Sauer pistol along with a magazine loaded with three rounds of 9mm ammunition.
