A 14-year-old boy was arrested on Sunday after he was allegedly found in possession of a loaded gun during an early morning raid at a house in Penal.
South Western Division officers got to the house along Penal Rock Road around 6.11 am, but the owner was not there.
On the upper floor of the house, however, they saw a young man lying in a hammock. When the officers asked him what he was doing there, he said he was the caretaker of the ducks on the compound.
