HOLLAND HIGH schoolgirl Shanoya Douglas and Sandrey Davidson were the top performers at last Saturday's JAAA Puma All Comers at the National Stadium.
Persistent rain throughout the meet forced the organisers to abandon some of the events. In what was the final warm-up meet ahead of the JAAA National Senior and Junior National Championships organisers cancelled all discus and sprint hurdles events.
The outstanding Douglas, who is set to dominate the junior 100 and 200 metres at the championships, was involved in the 400m on Saturday where she produced the fastest time of the night. Douglas clocked 53.66 seconds to win the women's one-lap event ahead of Edwin Allen High's Maria Crossfield, who posted a personal best 54.51 with Immaculate Conception High's Davine Dickenson third in 54.57.
