Port of Spain is under siege by burglars who have stolen from as many as a dozen businesses in the past month, the Downtown Owners and Merchants Association (DOMA) has said.
The business group’s president, Gregory Aboud, told the Express yesterday that between eight and 12 businesses have been burglarised in recent weeks, noting that several premises may have been targeted more than once.
