Two women were found dead inside a Port of Spain apartment building on Saturday morning, hours after firefighters extinguished a blaze that ripped through the structure overnight.
The victims were identified as 23-year-old Aaliyah Griffith and 60-year-old Susan Ramlogan.
Fire officials said crews responded to reports of a fire at the Coelho Building on Prince Street, between Charlotte and Nelson Streets, at about 9.30 p.m. on Friday.
